publish date : 2025-07-02
The student division of our school has organized the 114th-year Education Class Leader Training from May 15 to June 20, 2025. The class leaders for the 114th-year freshman preparation education program will be selected from 89 students, including those from the 113th-year graduate student team, the 91st cohort’s first team, and the 91st cohort’s second team. These students will guide freshmen to adapt to the life at the Police Academy during the preparation education period and assist in the coordination of various preparatory education tasks with the fellow officers of the freshmen teams.

In order to enhance the leadership and execution capabilities of the Education Class Leaders, the training program has been carefully designed with a rich curriculum. It covers topics such as “The Content of Preparation Education and the Role of Education Class Leaders,” “Positioning the Education Class Leader,” “Common Health Conditions and First Aid Concepts and Treatments in Preparation Education,” “Content and Teaching Methods of Basic Police Training Courses,” and “Experience Sharing.” This program aims to help Education Class Leaders master the essential skills for leading freshmen, as well as understand their responsibilities and influence.

The principal personally attended the session to offer encouragement, expressing the hope that the Education Class Leaders will become the first “noble person” that freshmen meet after entering the academy. They should guide the freshmen with a mature and steady attitude, helping them successfully pass the preparatory education tests, strengthening their determination to pursue a career in law enforcement. The principal also reminded that the preparatory education process should be approached with empathy, step-by-step progression, rational discipline, and careful preparation and execution. During the preparatory education period, the health and safety of freshmen must be closely monitored. Education Class Leaders must also lead by example throughout the training process, serving as role models for the freshmen and thereby passing on the spirit and mission of the Police Academy.

Finally, the principal once again expressed gratitude to the Education Class Leaders for their willingness to sacrifice their vacation time to take on responsibilities and selflessly dedicate themselves. The principal urged all Education Class Leaders to guide the freshmen with love, patience, and empathy, ensuring the successful completion of the preparatory education tasks, and wished for the successful and smooth execution of this year's preparatory education program.
