The May 2025 evening assembly was held on the 12th at the school auditorium. The event commenced with the General Commander presenting certificates to the students who received awards in the 2025 Taoyuan City English Competition. First place was awarded to Lai Yi-Chen from Class 92, Squad 1, and third place to Weng Pao-Yi from Class 91, Squad 1. Their achievements showcased the diverse talents and excellent language abilities of the students.

Following this, certificates were presented to the winning groups of the "Glamorous Five No's" creative poster competition, part of the campus life and discipline education initiative. The awards recognized the students’ ability to integrate legal and disciplinary concepts into creative design, highlighting teamwork, innovation, and a commitment to cultivating a positive campus culture.

The ceremony proceeded with the handover between the 41st and 42nd cohorts of the Student Internship General Squad leaders. First, commemorative plaques were awarded to the outgoing 41st cohort in appreciation of their dedication and service. Immediately after, the appointment ceremony for the incoming 42nd cohort took place, with the General Commander reading the official orders and introducing the new leadership team.

Outgoing General Squad Leader Chou Er-Chih of the 41st cohort then delivered a farewell speech, expressing gratitude to faculty members at all levels for their guidance and to fellow student leaders for their unity and selfless contributions. Notable initiatives during his term included anti-fraud and anti-drug campaigns, late-night campus energy-saving patrols, the addition of motorcycle parking spaces, the "Five No's" creative poster competition, and revisions to campus regulations. He encouraged the incoming 42nd team to continue and enhance these efforts. Quoting, “The greatest glory in life is not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall,” he urged students to embrace the challenges and growth opportunities of their school experience.

The General Commander concluded the event by commending the 41st cohort for their hard work and performance, particularly their diligence in revising campus regulations, reflecting the responsibility and honor expected of student leaders. He also expressed high hopes for the 42nd cohort, encouraging them to carry on the legacy through teamwork and service-oriented leadership.

Additionally, the General Commander reminded all students of the importance of moral development. As future public security officers, students must uphold strict self-discipline and avoid repeated mistakes, cultivating positive habits during their time in school. He emphasized that academic achievement is a student’s fundamental duty and should be built steadily from the early years. Facing future career challenges, students must use leadership training to improve communication, empathy, and collaboration skills. He encouraged everyone to seize opportunities for growth, expand their horizons, and make their time in school truly worthwhile.
